This is the Privacy Statement of the private company with limited liability Ice Delite B.V. in Hooge Mierde (hereinafter referred to as “Ice Delite”), keeper of the website www.boerderijijs.com. As the responsible party, Ice Delite respects the privacy of the users of its website and is committed to ensuring that the personal information a user provides to it is treated and processed confidentially, properly and carefully.

By leaving their personal details on the website, users agree to Ice Delite processing and using these details in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

The aforementioned rights of the data subject to object, inspection, blocking, supplementation, correction, or deletion can be exercised both online and at Ice Delite’s physical address, and requests will be dealt with by Ice Delite without delay.

Personal data will be kept in a form which permits identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of collection and processing described above. This shall be an exception if the personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to retain.

Ice Delite endeavours to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss or any form of unlawful use or processing. An ICT company takes care of the management of the computer systems for it and only Ice Delite employees with a so-called “need to know” have access to the personal data.

Nevertheless, Ice Delite does not accept any responsibility and/or liability for damage, direct or indirect, related to the processing of the personal data, including their deterioration, disappearance or disclosure.

Ice Delite does not accept any responsibility and/or liability for how third parties, to whose website Ice Delite refers on its own website – by means of a hyperlink or otherwise – handle the processing of personal data. For this, the person concerned should contact the third party in question, for example by consulting the privacy statement on the third party’s website.
